Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120 AUD. Express postage, and same-day alternatives are not part of this deal.
How long will my order take to ship?
Your order will be prepared and sealed the same-day in which you order it; it will be posted the next day.
The only exclusion to this is if you select same-day delivery, in which case it will be sent to you generally within 4-6 hours of ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, we ship worldwide using tracked international couriers. Shipping rates and time-frames are calculated at the checkout.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
No worries—our Unbreakable Delivery Guarantee has you covered. If your sealed item arrives broken, just snap a photo and send it to support@smokex.au. We’ll replace it the same day. No hassle. No bullshit.
