Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Free shipping on all orders over $120.
• Orders under $120 will incur a flat shipping fee of $10.
• Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.

2. Express Shipping:
• Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $17.
• Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

3. Same-Day Delivery (Melbourne CBD):
• Available for orders within a 20 km radius of Melbourne CBD.
• Delivery fee calculated at checkout (typically under $40).}
• Orders placed before 3 PM (AEST) will be delivered the same day.
• Orders placed on Weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or Public holidays are subject to availability or will be done the next business day, 

International Shipping

1. Standard International Shipping:
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
• Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

2. Couriers:
• We partner with trusted carriers to ensure secure international shipping.
• Tracking is provided for all international orders.

Handling and Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Unbreakable Delivery Guarantee
We take pride in delivering durable, high-quality products. However, if your items arrive damaged, don’t worry! Simply:

1. Leave the item in its sealed pouch.
2. Take a clear photo of the damaged item.
3. Email it to support@smokex.au.

We’ll ship a fresh replacement on the same or next business day—no drama, no delays, no worries.

Additional Information

• PO Boxes: We deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post for domestic orders.

• Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
