My Flute has been damaged whilst in transit?
Shit happens, and there's not much anyone can do about it, right? Wrong! Take a picture of your smashed up lil' buddy in the box, and its sealed sleeve (even if its been punctured) and send that photo to support@smokex.au, we'll have fresh goodies heading your way the same day. No shit.
Are these pipes unbreakable?
We make our pipes from glass. Glass although can be made strong, and using different types of glass can assist in this process; it is at the end of the day - glass.
What is your guarantee, and money back period? What does it cover?
We offer a replacement if your flutes arrive damaged, and we offer refunds up to 14 days after purchase; we can only accept a flute that has not been opened from it's sealed parcel in which is arrives.
As soon as the flute is opened from it's parcel, this voids all warranties/guarantees as at that stage the glassware can be compromised and we would be unable to verify the contents on a bag full of smashed glass.
My flute broke, can I get a refund? Or a replacement?
As financially irresponsible this reality would be, we unfortunately live in the real world - and do not offer refunds, or replacements once your flute is opened from it's sealed bag.
