Email is our primary channel for all enquiries — orders, shipping, returns, damage claims and general questions. We respond within two business days.
Age restriction — 18+
Products sold on this site are intended for adults aged 18 years or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. SMOKEX reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified. We do not sell to minors.
Intended use
All products are sold for use with legal tobacco and herbal products only. Nothing on this site is intended to promote, condone or facilitate the use of illegal substances.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use of any product complies with the laws applicable in your state, territory or country. International customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws, duties and restrictions. Orders may be inspected, refused, seized or destroyed by customs authorities, and SMOKEX accepts no liability where this occurs.
Handmade glass
Our products are handmade borosilicate glass. Minor variation in size, colour, thickness and finish is inherent to the process and is not a defect. Glass is fragile and can break, chip or crack in normal use, or if dropped, overheated or exposed to rapid temperature change. Please handle and clean with care.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMOKEX is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, injury or damage arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this site, including damage caused by breakage, thermal shock, or use contrary to instructions or applicable law.
Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, photography, product imagery, designs, and the SMOKEX name and logo — is the property of SMOKEX unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Accuracy of information
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate, but errors can occur. SMOKEX reserves the right to correct any error and to cancel or refuse any order affected by it, with a full refund of amounts paid.
Complaints and governing law
Please direct any complaint or dispute in the first instance to support@smokex.au. This notice, and any dispute arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products, is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
